Still, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and in such cases, we aim to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible.

Kindly note that slight differences in color or appearance can occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings. These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached

Requests submitted after the 14-day period will not be considered

Order Cancellation Terms

We offer flexibility for order cancellations under the following guidelines:

Within 24 hours of placing the order: Eligible for a full refund

After 24 hours: A deduction of 30% will apply

Up to 3 days before dispatch: A deduction of 50% will apply

After 3 days of confirmation: Orders cannot be canceled

Issues with Products (Damage, Wrong Item, Size Problems)

If your order arrives with a serious issue such as damage, incorrect item, or a mistake from our end, we are here to help.

Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos along with your order information

Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the solution

Exchange Guidelines

Exchanges are available for size or product variations (subject to availability)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our side

Replacement orders are processed after the returned item is received and checked

Items Not Eligible for Return

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

Customized or made-to-order items

Orders placed in multiple sizes or variations of the same product

Issues resulting from incorrect selection by the customer

Return Instructions

Once your request is approved, you will be issued an RMA (Return Authorization Number)

The RMA must be clearly mentioned on the return package

Returns sent without approval may not be processed

Custom Charges & Duties

Fashion Fountain does not include hidden costs in its pricing. However, international shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes based on your country’s laws. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
